Vission and Mission

Vission

1) To increase saving propensity among disadvantaged people and provide incentives against saving to increase saving propensity.

2) Creating funds from the savings of the underprivileged, providing need-based loan assistance on easy terms, converting every household into an income-generating productive farm, processing and marketing the produce. Making the deposit dependent poor financially independent.

3) Skill development in various sectors of agriculture namely agriculture, fisheries, poultry rearing, cattle rearing, nursery and fruit cultivation etc. The dream of the honorable Prime Minister is to establish a Bangladesh free from hunger and poverty by taking into account every house as the main focal point of economic activities in national development, taking into account production-oriented activities, marketing and self-employment opportunities in one's backyard with the help of capital built in small savings.

Mission

1) Helping the underprivileged to build capital by collecting small savings and through microsavings activities.

2) Making every household a focal point of productive activities by increasing skills through training and providing necessary credit support and increasing investment at the marginal level in the agricultural sector.

3) To ensure the empowerment of women by increasing the skills and capabilities of entrepreneurs through training in the implementation of income-increasing programs.

4) To play a positive role in poverty alleviation by ensuring integrated village development by creating collective human resources.

5) Involvement of the underprivileged population in poverty alleviation activities through the linkage of modern information technology ensuring maximum utilization of natural and human resources.

6) Implementation of Hon'ble Prime Minister's micro savings model to improve the fortunes of poor people and convert every house into a farm.
